I cannot even begin to state how much fun this wedding was! Weddings that plan extended dancing and a party for a reception, are always fun, but when you add in New Years Eve? Even. Better. I don’t know how many of you reading live in Idaho – but it was cold on NYE here. Like 4 degrees F. Yet Lynze managed to look stunning rocking her strapless dress and open toe shoes for our (outdoor!) formal portraits. The guys acted like it was no big deal being out in the frigid weather, but they weren’t the ones wearing little black dresses (were they girls?). Still the entire bridal party WORKED it, and brought their A game to our photos. After a hot dinner to warm us up, it was time for the ceremony to kick it into gear. I think everyone in town turned out to this wedding. I know it was standing room only during the ceremony as I navigated through the crowd watching Lynze and Zach join their lives! What a gorgeous venue and ceremony… everything was decorated spectacularly for a black and gold NYE theme. From the sparkling gold tablecloths, to the overhead strands of lights, this was a night of celebration. The crowd quite literally danced the night away, spending hours on the dance floor. When midnight finally arrived the cheers echoed through the building, accompanied by the sounds of Auld Lang Syne playing – as the bride and groom rang in 2015 literally surrounded by their friends and loved ones. Thank you both so much for inviting me to celebrate such a wonderful night and wedding! I loved every minute of it and am so glad I was there to capture your memories for you!
